5 Time saving Apps you Must Try

Reading Time: 2 minutes

It’s not an exaggeration if I say that Apps have taken control of our lives. There is literally an app for everything. There are lots of apps that just waste your time, there are some very interesting apps that help you save time. Here are the five-time saving apps you should consider getting for yourself.

1. Wunderlist

Do you spend a lot of time setting various tasks and subtask for your projects?  But then it’s a necessary evil to set various tasks for the success of a project. How we wished there was an app that could manage all these tasks. Wunderlist helps you to manage your tasks from a smartphone, tablet and computer.

With the help of Wunderlist, you can also keep reminders for your tasks, create subtasks. You can also share your to-do lists with others. This will come in handy when you work in groups.

2. Pocket

Most of our time is wasted by browsing through various websites. With tons of websites around its very difficult to get what we really want. But we often end up in situations where we wanted to go through these sites but don’t have time to watch.

To a certain extent we can tackle this by Bookmarking the address or sending the link to yourself but at times this process can become complicated and you could lose track

Pocket is an app that helps to resolve this problem. With this app, you need to just click the site you like and the app will automatically download all the content for you to look at later. And the best part of this app is you don’t need the Internet to access the information. The pocket is a free app and available for both iOS and Android.

One of the most popular apps for boosting productivity.  With the help of Evernote you can capture all your ideas, thoughts and images in many different ways (e.g., with voice, notes or images).  You can also record your meetings, interviews, speeches and ideas, create lists, add voice or text attachments, and share your files with friends. Evernote is a great app to optimize your time. And the best part is it’s free.

4. Snapguide

In this fast pace World with monotonous work, it would be highly refreshing if we could learn something new everyday. It can be anything like how to cook a new dish. All you have to do is to go through the user uploaded step-by-step on how to do tutorials. You can also create your own guides and share with others.

Try out Snapguide<http://snapguide.com>

5. 30:30

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. The method is based on the idea that frequent breaks can improve mental agility.

The 30:30 app is somewhat similar to the Pomodoro technique. What you have to do is create your to-do list and set it to a timer. Break it up into 30-minute tasks, or create your own time break.  Once you start the app, it keeps you going from one task to next and the items can be saved and reordered. This free app is available on iOS.
