I am excited to announce the official launch of C-Level Conversations for Resilient Leaders, a podcast where I interview dynamic leaders across different sectors.
These are real life conversations with leaders working to overcome professional challenges. Inspiring conversations to learn from, for resilient and curious; corporate executives, human resources, business owners, Millennial generation leaders and ambitious people aspiring to lead.
Anyone can learn to be a better leader
Enhancing your capacity to lead others requires being able to see how you think and act. How your behaviour affects others. Leading well requires a continuous journey of personal development.
With the pandemicbusiness leaders have activated their contingency plans to keep people safe and healthy and to keep their businesses running. What remains a universal truth is, that people must always be at the centre of corporate strategies. What is also true is that the keys to unlocking an organisation’s value lie in the organisation’s culture, in building and maintaining the right skills.
Developing a workforce with the digital and transferable skills you need and the ability to adapt quickly in a world of constant change does not happen organically or by accident.
Leaders today need to be prepared for continuous upskilling, for building confidence in an uncertain world.
Leaders face multiple challenges as they lead organisations to scale upward in developing culture, driving change, developing high performance teams, uncertain economic conditions to name a few.
In launching C-Level Conversations, I am aiming to speak directly with the leaders who are dealing with these challenges. So, I interview C-Level leaders to find candid glimpses into the challenges they face as they scale upward and the lessons learned in the process.
